About Jenny
Jenny Marcos: Grown and raised in Lepanto Mines Division, Benguet, Philippines. Racquet sports were her favorite sports but tennis was what she was most passionate about.
Jenny studied at Saint Louis University, Baguio City for 2 years before going on to Manila to train at Butch Bacani Academy until Central State University in Edemond Oklahoma offered a full tennis scholarship for 4 years in the late 1980’s. She achieved 4 time All American honors by the NAIA(National Intercollegiate Athletic Association) of the United States for getting into the national finals and quarterfinals in singles and doubles 4 times.
In 2007 she was inducted into the Sports Hall of Fame at UCO for her unequaled achievements in UCO’s tennis history.
As she juggled coaching tennis and pickleball, she was also the tennis head coach for men’s and women’s at Southwestern Christian University for 9 years.
At present, she continues to coach both pickleball and tennis in Oklahoma, She is also actively competing in tennis and pickleball around the US.
